1. PROCESSING TIME

Each ceramic creation is inspected and prepared with meticulous care before it begins its voyage to you.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 3 business days for your order to be carefully inspected, securely hand-packed, and dispatched.
• Peak Periods / Fresh Kiln Launches: During high-volume seasons or new collection drops, processing may take 5–7 business days.
• Custom & Engraved Orders: For personalized laser engravings or bespoke studio commissions, additional time may be required as noted on the product page.

2. GLOBAL DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All Kilnsong Studio orders are shipped directly from our artisanal workshop in China via premium express lines to ensure the highest quality control, safety, and authenticity.

• Always Free: We are pleased to provide free standard international shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or destination.
• Safe Passage: Ceramic treasures require extra care. Every shipment is expertly packed using shock-absorbing materials, fully tracked, and insured from our wheel to your hands.

4. HASSLE-FREE TAX-INCLUSIVE SHIPPING (DDP)

To provide a truly seamless experience, Kilnsong Studio operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all international shipments.

• No Surprise Fees: The price you see at checkout is the only price you pay. Kilnsong covers all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT in the UK).
• Door-to-Door Ease: You will never be contacted by carriers to pay additional fees before delivery. We handle the complexities of international customs on your behalf.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & PO BOXES

To ensure your fragile package reaches you safely, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address in English.

• Accuracy: Kilnsong Studio is not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
• PO Boxes: We strongly recommend using a physical residential or business address, as most premium international carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We partner with reliable global carriers and invest heavily in secure packaging to ensure safe transit.

• In-Transit & Damage Issues: If a carrier certifies that a package is lost, or if your ceramic piece arrives broken due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a full replacement at no extra cost.
• Post-Delivery: Kilnsong Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
